几乎所有的企业的人力资源部门和业务部门都会问到这个问题，不管你是去应聘总经理、部门经理，还是普通的技术人员职位，你加入企业的动机是他们最想知道的。所有的面试者都希望听到一个共同的答案，那就是你了解这家企业的闪光点在哪里。对企业雇主品牌的忠诚度不是只有CEO才有的，一个普通的员工也需要认可他目前所服务的雇主。如果你都不认可这家公司，你干吗来应聘呢？所以你首先要告诉他们你的动机。基本上，求职者的求职动机不外乎如下：
- 在目前服务的公司遭遇瓶颈。
- 目前的职位内容不是自己的兴趣作用。
- 公司的战略发生变化，业务内容发生改变等。
- 管理者当初承诺的条件未能兑现（这个比例还不小）。
- 公司在发展过程当中，制度混乱或者流程不能够顺畅。
- 公司规模太大，在目前的职位上没有出头之日。
- 跟直线老板没有办法取得共鸣，影响自己的业绩。

猎头招聘行业周报：77亿并购刷新纪录，大模型人才战进入深水区
2026年7月第二周，猎头招聘行业震荡不断。光辉国际以77亿元收购AMS创下全球猎头史上最大PE退出案例，大模型赛道人才争夺战愈演愈烈，而猎头行业自身也在经历结构性换血。
77亿：猎头史上最大PE退出诞生
7月6日，全球顶尖猎头企业光辉国际发布公告，将以8.5亿英镑（约77亿元人民币）全额收购另一顶级猎头AMS公司100%股权，卖方为加拿大养老基金旗下PE机构OMERS。
本次交易采用”现金+股权”混合支付模式：现金对价6.59亿英镑（占77.5%），股权对价1.91亿英镑（占22.5%）。光辉国际将动用3亿美元自有资金，剩余部分通过现有循环信贷额度补足，不新增长期高息债务。
AMS自2018年被OMERS控股收购以来，历经4次PE转手，估值增长超过10倍。此次退出不仅是猎头史上规模最大的PE并购退出，更向市场传递了一个信号：资本对猎头行业的价值重估正在提速。
大模型抢人：应届生年薪逼近百万
7月10日，前华为”天才少年”李博杰在社交平台吐槽DeepSeek面试流程引发舆论热议，背后是大模型人才市场极度供不应求的现实。
脉脉数据显示，AI岗位平均月薪已达60738元，其中AI科学家/负责人月薪最高达137153元。DeepSeek完成新一轮融资后计划将所有部门规模扩大至少1倍，但其招聘门槛并未降低——偏好竞赛顶级选手，要求能做竞赛题目或LeetCode medium-hard级别。
一位专注大模型领域的猎头透露，最难招的始终是底层研发核心人才：基础模型算法专家、预训练专家、多模态架构师、超大参数模型AI Infra专家、AI Agent架构师。这类岗位不仅供给稀少，顶尖人才流动意愿也低。
值得注意的是，大模型企业的”武器库”已不止于高薪。月之暗面推出”穿越计划”，未毕业实习生也能获得期权；抖音旗下Seed团队技术人员可同时持有字节期权和豆包期权。少数关键人才正在成为大模型行业举足轻重的变量。
行业分化：猎头职位暴增34%，结构性换血加速
猎头行业自身也在经历剧烈分化。春节后首周，猎头职位同比暴增34%，AI/互联网行业新发职位同比增长72.73%，交通物流零售行业增长达123.08%。
然而，一面是需求爆发，一面是行业洗牌。《2025-2026中国猎头行业发展趋势报告》显示猎头行业人员净增率为-5%，超四成中小猎企处于亏损或微利状态，行业费率从过去的23%-25%被压缩至10%-15%。
6月下旬，铭派国际猎头宣布”一人一猎”家庭化猎头模式落地，全年签约200位海外华人猎头加盟商，覆盖五大区域。这种以家庭为单位的分布式协作模式，或许代表着猎头行业从”机构化组织”向”个体+平台”轻量化范式演进的方向。
从77亿的资本盛宴到大模型的人才争夺，再到行业自身的结构性换血，2026年7月的猎头行业正在经历一场深度重塑。正如业内人士所言：行业并非衰退，而是在经历深层次的结构性升级。
