    几乎所有的企业的人力资源部门和业务部门都会问到这个问题，不管你是去应聘总经理、部门经理，还是普通的技术人员职位，你加入企业的动机是他们最想知道的。所有的面试者都希望听到一个共同的答案，那就是你了解这家企业的闪光点在哪里。对企业雇主品牌的忠诚度不是只有CEO才有的，一个普通的员工也需要认可他目前所服务的雇主。如果你都不认可这家公司，你干吗来应聘呢？所以你首先要告诉他们你的动机。基本上，求职者的求职动机不外乎如下：

    1. 在目前服务的公司遭遇瓶颈。
    2. 目前的职位内容不是自己的兴趣作用。
    3. 公司的战略发生变化，业务内容发生改变等。
    4. 管理者当初承诺的条件未能兑现（这个比例还不小）。
    5. 公司在发展过程当中，制度混乱或者流程不能够顺畅。
    6. 公司规模太大，在目前的职位上没有出头之日。
    7. 跟直线老板没有办法取得共鸣，影响自己的业绩。
