JOB DESCRIPTION
TS Technology Consulting Director(Manager) is critical role to drive solution business, including
Critical facility services
Network consulting services
Infrastructure consulting
COMPANY education services
His major responsibility is to manage the delivery of high-quality, innovative systems integration and consulting services. Provide expertise to the Practices. Plan for and deliver a workforce that ensures profitability .
This includes:
1. Manage P&L of Technology consulting Line of Business
2. Develop and package solutions and foster innovation to keep COMPANY as a thought leader
3. Drive sales to sell TS solutions with best execution to achieve order
4. Delivery and projects management to drive competitive cost structure with best client experience and achieve revenue result.
5. Attract, hire and develop talents to build a high performing team.
6. Work with TS marketing to promote COMPANY solution branding and awareness
QUALIFICATION
Education and Experience Required:
1. More than 20 years IT solution and consulting services background
2. More than 10 years people manager
3. At least bachelor degree major in EE or computer
4. MBA preferably
Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. Aggressive and could work under huge pressure
2. Capability of Strategic thinking and perfect execution
3. Strong leadership to drive team and interdependent organization
