2. Have system programming development experience, e.g. low level Linux, Unix, Windows, embedded system SW, high performance computing, cluster, distributed systems, etc

3. Strong project management skills and experience, to be able to drive and deliver on a tight schedule

4. Strong people management skills in managing, hiring, motivating, developing and retaining senior talents; able to scale to manage a team of 30 people.
