500名webOS开发者响应微软挖角, 附:Windows Phone高管发布的招聘广告

尽管惠普宣布放弃webOS平台,但并不意味着该平台就一文不值,其强大的研发团队还是受到众多厂商的青睐。其中,微软更是在Twitter上公开招揽webOS员工。

微软Windows Phone高级主管布兰顿·沃森(Brandon Watson)在Twitter上发表了一条博文,希望WebOS开发人员能够加入到Windows Phone事业部,微软将为他们提供良好的开发平台、培训、所需的开发工具等等。

自上周末发布微博后,沃森已收到500多封电子邮件和1000条左右回复,这些回应均来自于对为Windows Phone 7设计应用程序感兴趣的WebOS开发者。

在另一条博文中,沃森强调,微软对于所有软件开发人员的加盟都表示热烈欢迎, 开发人员在过去一周中肯定会觉得很难熬,希望他们加入微软大家庭。

惠普上周进行战略调整,剥离PC业务,放弃webOS平台。瓦特森随即在Twitter上表示,愿意向webOS开发人员提供“获得成功所必需的一切东西——包括免费的手机、开发工具和培训等”。
