    Major International software company in Shanghai is looking for a systems analyst with demonstrable experience of Financial Collateral Management for trading departments, with excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both oral and written, solid business analyst and systems analyst skills from a technical (programming) background.
    Description
  • The systems analyst will assist in developing a web-based financial collateral management software solution. This system manages the margin call and reconciliation process of trading department’s (e.g. of banks). It is a pure internet application that runs securely within a web browser without requiring desktop software, as a financial credit risk reduction strategy.
  • Candidates should therefore have some exposure to: OTC Derivatives, Repo, Energy and Securities Lending; reconciliation and dispute management for derivatives positions, mark-to-market values, payments amount and margin amounts and margin calculations with counterparties.
  • This post will ideally suit a local Chinese with experience in a multinational and/or a degree in computer studies from a foreign university.
