JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Software Engineer in Test – (Shanghai, China)

There are more than 400 schools and branches in 51 countries around the world, and more than 130 schools in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in full development/testing cycle to deliver new release or fix pack on time with good quality
- Responsible for the creation, deployment and execution of technical solutions in support of testing strategy/plans
- Attend the joint reviews with whole development team for test requirements, test design and test plan
- Execute functional and system tests according to test plan
- Defect tracking and resolution
- Design and develop automation test scripts
- Design and code review with development team
- Quality analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing or development
- Knowledge of QA and SDLC development methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Knowledge of performance testing concepts
- Knowledge of Automation testing a plus
- Experienced in C#/VB.NET, ASP.NET and web development skills: DHTML, JavaScript, CSS etc.
- Has the ability to work with minimum supervision to creative solutions in support of testing
- Excellent analytical and quick learning ability
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
