- This role is responsible for recruiting sourcing, selection and process to fulfill recruiting goal.
- This role is responsible to search for, approach and screen talent from market through direct call, online, professional networks, personal referral, social relations, etc. to get qualified candidates.
- This role will work with recruiters to kick off the hiring brief, set recruiting strategy and make sourcing plan based on requirements.
- This role is responsible to do screening interview for the select candidates and present the screening passed candidates to recruiter for further assessment.
- Other responsibilities assigned upon request.
- Experienced in searching Japan talent market
- Japanese language skills is a plus
- Bachelor degree and above.
- Fluent in English.
- IT related experience is preferred.
- At least 3 years recruiting relate experience or working experience in search firm.
